Wilmington is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilmington follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Jaskolka gave a Lefort and Septomoplasty in September. After the surgery I had splints in both my nose and across my upper tooth arch. I was numb across my upper arch (told it would likely get better) and unable to move my upper lip properly (again, told it would get better). As soon as the nasal splints were removed I was unable to breathe out of my left nostril. Dr Jaskolka originally said this was likely swelling. When the swelling went down I was told the issue was likely a valve collapse and recommended I see an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor. So I did The ENT took scans and confirmed that my septum was still VERY crooked and causing my nasal passage to be nearly closed. At my 6 month appointment I brought all of the issues to Dr. Jaskolka. I was told that the numbness may or may not go away. I was not given a timeline to expect nor anything I could do to help. I was told that my nose was fine. When I told him about the scan I received I was called a liar. I then asked Dr. Jaskolka to recommend me another ENT doctor. He flat out told me he would not recommend me an ENT, that my nose was fine, and that inwas only worried about how the nose looked. Which is not true. I also show

What an incredible surgeon and team. I took a pretty good fall and fractured my eye socket requiring the insertion of a titanium plate going under my eyeball to hold it up. As scary as this could be, I felt comfortable with every step. The PA's, the nursing staff and all other staff members I came in contact with were professional and knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Jaskolka and his staff to anyone, Thank you to each of you for providing such great care to me.

Dr. Jaskolka has been my son’s surgeon for the last 10 years since he was five years old. I put all my trust and faith in this man. Every visit, he has always been very thorough in his explanation and always very professional. He’s kind and just has great bedside manner.

The facility is quite impressive, waiting room comfortable and check-in staff very efficient & helpful. Dr Jaskolka's office staff (R.N.) was very professional and thorough in her assessment of my health status & history. Dr Jaskolka was very pleasant, answered all my questions while explaining the plan to address my medical issue.

10 years ago I was in a horrible car accident and Dr Jaskolka rebuilt the left side of my face - titanium eye orb, plate for my jaw. His surgical skills as well as this bedside manner are above and beyond. I'm currently making an appointment with him to take a look at my left eyelid that is starting to droop as I get older, and I don't think there's anyone else I would trust to do it.
